On January 11, 2025, Forte Store held another edition of the long-awaited Forte Stars Gala, an annual event that brings together all employees to celebrate the achievements of the previous year and kick off the new year 100%. Held at the stunning Sameiro Eventos venue, this moment was marked by fun, recognition and strengthening of team spirit.

A night filled with elegance and celebration With the theme "Forte Stars", the reception for employees began with an exquisite "welcome cocktail", accompanied by interactive stations that guaranteed fun and many memories. The vertical garden with the Forte Store logo, the 360º video wheel and the interactive mirror were the highlights for photos and stories shared on social media.

After the reception, everyone settled into the grand hall for dinner, which began with inspiring words from CEO Nuno Forte. He highlighted 2024 as a successful year, expressing gratitude for the work and dedication of the entire team. During the speech, the great recognition of Forte Store as winner of the Cinco Estrelas Award in the multi-brand fashion store category was announced, a milestone that reinforces the commitment to excellence. In addition, the acquisition of Unifato, including brands such as Mango, Ponto Negro, The Fashion Outlet and UpStyle, was celebrated as another strategic step in the group's growth.

Talent and Recognition Awards The most anticipated moment of the night was the awards ceremony, recognizing individual and team efforts and achievements. Among the categories, the following stood out: Passport Recognition: Seniority award, with employees of 5, 10 and 15 years receiving trips to Djerba, Tunisia. Performance Awards: Recognizing stores and employees who shone in 2024 in the categories of Highest Turnover, Highest Average Ticket, Best Manager, Best Supervisor, Performance Award and Honor Awards.

The outcome After the awards ceremony, the party took over the hall. With music and entertainment by Happy Moments, the night was marked by lots of fun and dancing that reinforced the positive energy among the employees.
