HOW IT WORKS?
- When you make a purchase , you will receive a coupon with a 15% discount , to use on your next purchase at Forte Store.
- Cannot be combined with promotions or direct discount campaigns.
WHEN IS IT ISSUED?
- In the online store, the receipt is issued when the order is shipped .
WHEN IS IT AVAILABLE?
- The coupon is available in your customer area, under Discounts and is valid for the period specified on the coupon.
HAS THE DEADLINE PASSED AND NOT USED IT?
- If not used, it is not renewable.
WHERE CAN I USE IT?
- The 15% RECEIPT is valid in the online store and in the physical store, applied to a purchase of double the value of the receipt.
IS THERE A MINIMUM PURCHASE TO USE?
- It is only possible to apply twice the value of the receipt to a purchase.
(Ex: A purchase of 100 Eur - Receive 15Eur - Discount on a purchase equal to or greater than 30 Eur).
DO YOU NEED TO BE REGISTERED?
-To use the online store, it is necessary to make the purchase by registering at Forte Store through Login.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
- It is not reusable in case of exchange.
- Return of the amount paid for the parts.
- A receipt is not a payment method, but rather a discount resulting from a campaign. It is not refundable in case of exchange/return.
HOW IS THE VALUE CALCULATED?
- The value of the 15% RECEIPT is calculated by the total paid for the items purchased and delivered.
- The value of the shipping cost of the order is not included in the receipt calculation.
It is only possible to use one receipt per purchase. It is subject to compliance with the rules of the receipt, that is, the minimum purchase value. In a physical store, the use of receipts is subject to the sum of the total items without discount, taking into account the total value of the minimum value to be deducted from the receipts.
