Voucher 50%

HOW DOES IT WORK?
- When you make a purchase at Forte Store between December 2nd and 15th, 2025, you will receive a voucher with a 50% discount to use between December 16th and 24th, 2025.
WHEN IS IT ISSUED?
- In the online store, the receipt is issued at the time the order is shipped .
When will it become available?
The voucher will be available in your customer area, under Discounts.
The deadline passed and you didn't use it?
- If not used, it is not renewable.
WHERE CAN I USE IT?
- The 50% discount voucher is valid in both the online and physical stores. The following brands are excluded from the 50% discount voucher: UGG, Tous, and Secrid.
If you have a receipt purchased at one of our physical stores and are registered with the same store details on our online store, you can use your receipt online. Apply the receipt without spaces and in the following format: 000-VCP-00000 and never as shown on the receipt: VCP000/00000
IS THERE A MINIMUM PURCHASE TO USE?
- This can only be applied to purchases that are double the value of the receipt or higher, on items that are not on sale.
(Ex: A purchase of 100 Euros - Receive 50 Euros - Discount on a purchase equal to or greater than 100 Euros).
Do I need to be registered?
-For use in the online store, it is necessary to make the purchase with registration at Forte Store via Login.
The voucher cannot be combined with promotional items, even for the purpose of calculating the minimum spending requirement.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
It is not reusable if replaced.
- Only the amount actually paid for the item will be refunded. The amount used on the receipt is non-refundable.
- A voucher is not a payment method, but rather a discount resulting from a campaign. It is non-refundable in case of exchange/return.
How is the value calculated?
The 50% discount voucher value is calculated based on the total amount paid for the items purchased and delivered.
The shipping cost is not included in the invoice calculation.
