HOW DOES IT WORK?
- When you make a purchase between December 3rd and 15th at Forte Store, you will receive a coupon with a 50% discount to use from December 16th to 24th.
WHEN IS IT ISSUED?
- In the online store, the receipt is issued when the order is dispatched .
WHEN WILL IT BE AVAILABLE?
- The receipt is available in your customer area, under Discounts.
THE DEADLINE PASSED AND YOU DIDN'T USE IT?
- In case of non-use, it is not renewable.
WHERE CAN I USE IT?
- The 50% DISCOUNT is valid in the online store and in the physical store.
-If you have a receipt purchased in one of our physical stores and if you have registered with the same data from the physical store in the online store, you can use your receipt in the online store. You must enter it without spaces and in the following format: 000-VCP-00000 and never as shown on the receipt VCP000/00000
IS THERE A MINIMUM PURCHASE TO USE?
- It can only be applied to a purchase of twice the value of the receipt, on items not on promotion.
(Ex: A purchase of 100 Eur - Receive 50 Eur - Discount on a purchase equal to or greater than 100 Eur).
DO YOU NEED TO REGISTER?
-To use the online store, you must make the purchase by registering with Forte Store via Login.
The voucher cannot be combined with promotional items, even for the purpose of calculating the minimum usage value.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
- Not reusable in case of exchange.
- Only the amount actually paid for the item will be refunded. The amount used on the receipt is non-refundable.
- A voucher is not a payment method, but rather a discount resulting from a campaign. It is non-refundable in the event of an exchange/return.
HOW IS THE VALUE CALCULATED?
The value of the 50% RECEIPT is calculated based on the total amount paid for the items purchased and delivered.
The shipping cost of the order is not included in the calculation of the receipt.
*Cannot be combined with other campaigns/promotions in force.
