CONDITIONS OF THE DISCOUNT CAMPAIGN ON SALES RECEIPTS HOW DOES IT WORK? - When making a purchase during the sales period , you will receive a coupon with a 30% discount (VC4) to use between September 15th and October 12th, 2025 at Forte Store, to discount on the New Autumn Winter 2025 Collection, applied to a purchase of at least four times the value of the coupon, that is, 4x. - Cannot be combined with promotions or direct discount campaigns. WHERE CAN I SEE MY DISCOUNT CODE? - The discount code is available in your Customer Area under Discounts and is valid for the period specified on the receipt. You can also view your discount code in the shopping cart. I CAN'T USE IT ONLINE. WHAT DO I DO? - If you are unable to use the online store and even after registering, your Receipt is not available, you should contact our Customer Support. THE DEADLINE PASSED AND YOU DIDN'T USE IT? - If not used, it is not renewable. WHERE CAN I USE IT? - The VOUCHER is valid in the online store and in the physical store, applied to a purchase of four times the value of the voucher, that is, 4x. IS THERE A MINIMUM PURCHASE TO USE? - It is only possible to apply to a purchase of four times the value of the receipt. (Ex: A purchase of €100 - Receive €20 - Discount on a purchase equal to or greater than €80). NEED TO BE REGISTERED? -To use the online store, you must make the purchase by registering with Forte Store via Login. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS - Not reusable in case of exchange. - Only the amount paid for the parts will be refunded. - A coupon is not a payment method, but rather a discount resulting from a campaign. It is non-refundable in the event of an exchange or return. HOW IS THE VALUE CALCULATED? - The value of the STRONG RECEIPT is calculated based on the total amount paid for the items purchased and delivered. - The shipping cost of the order is not included in the receipt calculation. Only one coupon can be used per purchase. This is subject to compliance with the coupon rules, i.e., the minimum purchase amount. In physical stores, coupon use is subject to the total number of items without discounts, taking into account the total value of the coupon's minimum discount. *Cannot be combined with other current campaigns/promotions.
