HOW DOES IT WORK?
- By making a purchase between June 26, 2024 and August 31, 2024 , you will receive a coupon with a 20% discount (VC4) , on sale/promotion items to use between September 16 and October 13, 2024 at Forte Store.
- Cannot be combined with promotions or direct discount campaigns.
WHERE CAN I SEE MY DISCOUNT CODE?
- The discount code is available in your Customer Area, under Discounts and is valid for the period specified on the receipt. You can also view your discount code in the shopping cart.
I CANNOT USE IT ONLINE. WHAT DO I DO?
- If you are unable to use the online store and even after registering, your receipt is not available, you should contact our Customer Support or go to a physical store to use the receipt.
THE DEADLINE PASSED AND YOU DIDN'T USE IT?
- In case of non-use, it is not renewable.
WHERE CAN I USE IT?
- The VOUCHER is valid in the online store and in the physical store, applied to a purchase of four times the value of the voucher, that is, 4x.
IS THERE A MINIMUM PURCHASE TO USE?
- It is only possible to apply to a purchase of four times the value of the receipt.
(Ex: A purchase of 100 Eur - Receive 20 Eur - Discount on a purchase equal to or greater than 80 Eur).
NEED TO BE REGISTERED?
-To use the online store, you must make the purchase by registering with Forte Store via Login.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
- Not reusable in case of exchange.
- Only the amount paid for the parts will be refunded.
- A voucher is not a payment method, but rather a discount resulting from a campaign. It is non-refundable in the event of an exchange/return.
HOW IS THE VALUE CALCULATED?
- The value of the STRONG RECEIPT is calculated based on the total amount paid for the items purchased and delivered.
- The shipping cost of the order is not included in the receipt calculation.
Only one voucher can be used per purchase. This is subject to compliance with the voucher rules, i.e. the minimum purchase value. In physical stores, the use of vouchers is subject to the sum of the total number of items without discounts, taking into account the total value of the minimum amount to be discounted from the vouchers.
