HOW DOES IT WORK?
- When you make a purchase from November 3rd to 16th, 2025 at Forte Store, you will receive a coupon with a 30% discount to be used from November 17th to 23rd, 2025.
WHEN IS IT ISSUED?
- In the online store, the receipt is issued when the order is shipped .
WHEN WILL IT BE AVAILABLE?
- The receipt is available in your customer area, under Discounts.
THE DEADLINE PASSED AND YOU DIDN'T USE IT?
- If not used, it is not renewable.
WHERE CAN I USE IT?
- The 30% discount is valid in the online store and in the physical store.
IS THERE A MINIMUM PURCHASE TO USE?
- It is only possible to apply to a purchase of twice the value of the receipt.
(Ex: A purchase of 100 Eur - Receive 30 Eur - Discount on a purchase equal to or greater than 60 Eur).
NEED TO BE REGISTERED?
-To use the online store, you must make the purchase by registering with Forte Store via Login.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
- Not reusable in case of exchange.
- Refund of the amount paid for the parts.
- A coupon is not a payment method, but rather a discount resulting from a campaign. It is non-refundable in the event of an exchange or return.
HOW IS THE VALUE CALCULATED?
The value of the 30% RECEIPT is calculated based on the total amount paid for the items purchased and delivered.
The shipping cost of the order is not included in the receipt calculation.
